Family Research Council (FRC) is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC dedicated to articulating and advancing a family-centered philosophy of public life. Its mission is to serve in the kingdom of God by championing faith, family, and freedom in public policy and the culture from a biblical worldview. In addition to providing policy research and analysis for the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of the federal government, FRC seeks to inform the news media, the academic community, business leaders, and the public about family issues that affect the nation from a biblical worldview.


The Senior Producer is responsible for the planning, production, and development of live daily and weekly news shows, recorded video segments, and broadcast/streamed live events, with a primary focus on Washington Watch, FRC’s daily broadcast program. This role oversees both studio and remote media operations, spanning pre-production to post-production, and covering creative development, execution, and distribution. The Senior Producer collaborates closely with the Communications team to create, write, and produce digital content, programs, events, and special projects, with an emphasis on live and interactive content. They ensure that all initiatives requiring media production resources are properly prioritized, supported, and executed. Working as part of a team, the Senior Producer helps deliver the highest quality service, ensuring that all content meets FRC’s standards for journalistic integrity and production excellence. The role also includes oversight of content direction, quality control, best practices, and budget management.
