THE ORGANIZATION

Family Action Council of Tennessee (FACT) is a nearly half million-dollar nonprofit advocacy group whose mission is to secure the blessings of liberty by advocating for God's design for the family through education, advocacy, accountability, and strategic alliances. Founded in 2006, they have helped enact pioneering laws on abstinence, religious freedom, and family values in Tennessee. In its founding year, FACT helped lead the state-wide campaign to define marriage as only between one man and one woman in the Constitution of the State of Tennessee.

THE OPPORTUNITY

FACT seeks their next President to build upon its strong history, They will drive the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan to grow into a fully-functioning and operationally-sound family policy council, while maintaining a well-grounded biblical worldview This entrepreneurial leader should be well-versed in and have a passion for FACT’s signature issues of life, marriage and family, and religious freedom as well as be bold, yet humble in their communication and convictions. The President will set public policy and legislative strategy to develop relationships with elected lawmakers, as well as track political developments impacting FACT and our issues. Relocation to the Nashville/Franklin, TN area is required.
