World Mission is approximately a $5M organization that reaches the nations where Jesus is unknown— completing the last four words of Jesus’ calling. They do this by delivering the Word of God in audio format branded as The Treasure to oral learners living in unreached people groups.

 The Regional Development Director will work with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and others as appropriate to create, grow and broaden his/her development portfolio at World Mission. The focus of the role is to establish, develop and mature relationships with prospective and existing major donors to expand the ministry of World Mission in your region. This individual will be an active participant in the fundraising efforts of the organization to reach their 5-year strategic plan to grow to $10M. They must be a Hunter, Connector, Communicator and Builder as well as know how to cultivate new and existing relationships.
