Recognizing that healthy families are indispensable to the preservation of a strong and free society, Massachusetts Family Institute (MFI) is a $1 million organization dedicated to strengthening the family and affirming the Judeo-Christian values upon which it is based. Based just outside Boston and established in 1991, MFI is a non-partisan public policy organization dedicated to strengthening families in Massachusetts. MFI engages in research and education on a wide range of public policy issues to strengthen the well-being, health, and safety of families – its individual members and the collective unit.

The President serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MFI and as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors. The President is the strategist, primary decision-maker, day-to-day operational leader to staff and volunteers, quality control for all communication messages, as well as the liaison with the Board of Directors and major donors. This leadership role is the primary public face and voice for MFI to champion a culture that advances its mission. As expected, the President exercises supervision of all the affairs of the organization and reports to the Board of Directors.
