THE ORGANIZATION

Wild Ops is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping combat veterans find support, hope, and healing as they transition back to civilian life. Through their Christ-centered programs, Wild Ops works to identify isolated veterans and invite them to participate in outdoor adventures alongside fellow service members.

Their goal is to ensure that no veteran feels alone and to demonstrate that recovery is possible. As an $800K organization, Wild Ops is committed to providing the community and resources necessary for at-risk veterans to find healing and recovery.

THE OPPORTUNITY

With the support of the Board of Directors and under the direction of the current CEO, Wild Ops is seeking a President/Chief Operating Officer to serve as a successor for this ministry.  The organization is looking for a dedicated servant leader and follower of Christ with a background in executive leadership and development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in advancing the mission of healing men through building relationships through the great outdoors.
