For more than 44 years, the Holston Foundation has strengthened individuals, churches, and ministries across East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia by turning generosity into lasting change. With assets under management exceeding $187 million and more than $250,000 distributed annually in grants, the Foundation serves as a trusted steward of charitable resources. Based in Alcoa (Maryville), Tennessee, it offers investment services, planned giving support, and grantmaking that equip churches, denominational partners, and nonprofit organizations. Known for financial stability and clear counsel, the Foundation is entering a season of renewed leadership and strategic opportunity.
The President & CEO will provide visionary leadership, guiding a dedicated staff while serving as the primary public representative to churches, pastors, donors, and partners. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee operations, financial stewardship, donor relations, and program development. This high-profile role within the Holston Conference of the United Methodist and Global Methodist Churches engages more than 600 congregations, requiring a leader with financial and organizational acumen as well as relational and spiritual credibility to inspire trust across all constituencies.
