The Timothy Initiative (TTI) is a $30 million nonprofit ministry dedicated to advancing Christ’s Kingdom by multiplying disciples and disciple making churches around the world. TTI works with local churches, church leaders, and Christian organizations to train and equip leaders to plant new churches and disciple new believers. Over the past five (5) years, the organization has grown 30% to 40% financially, year over year. TTI has also planted 150,000 churches throughout the last fifteen (15) years and nearly 60,000 of those churches have been in the most recent two (2) years.

Residing in Raleigh, NC, their global headquarters, the Global Director of Human Resources will attend to TTI’s greatest and most strategic asset: its people. This multinational, strategic, leadership role will set the tone and general direction for HR practices both domestically and globally by working with their field offices and global HR staff to bring about a unified approach that is built upon a solid understanding and appreciation for their local context worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing the details of payroll and benefit systems while deploying them to other countries.
