The International Conference on Missions (ICOM) seeks to hire its third executive director (ED) in its 76-year history. The new ED will steward the organization’s mission and lead it into the next era of growth. The organization exists to encourage, equip, and enlist workers for the harvest and has 8 full-time staff and revenues around $1.8 million. Several team members office in Clayton, Indiana, near Indianapolis, while others work remotely.

ICOM’s annual conference engages between 6,000 and 10,000 people each year, providing a significant connecting place for those within the independent Christian Churches/Church of Christ (NMC). The gathering is this tribe's most influential source of mission connectivity and one of the largest mission conferences on the planet.
