PreBorn! is a Christ-centered nonprofit and national leader in serving pregnancy clinics across the U.S. and beyond. Through training, consultation, and medical resources, they empower clinics to rescue babies and lead mothers and families to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

They are seeking highly relational and strategic Directors of Development to join its growing Advancement Team, with a focus on major gifts. This field-based role will build transformational partnerships with high-capacity donors—individuals, family offices, and Kingdom investors—grounded in trust, discipleship, and generosity. These individuals will manage a portfolio of Ministry Partners – MnP’s, helping them invest meaningfully in PreBorn!’s mission to save lives and share the hope of Christ.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in major gifts fundraising who feels called to advance Gospel-centered, pro-life ministry. The position is hybrid/remote and candidates can live in key regions including  Illinois, Michigan,Wisconsin or Northern Indiana.
