OVERVIEW

Rooted in the belief that men experience the deepest transformation through authentic, Christ-centered relationships, the mission of Man in the Mirror is to engage young men around the world in meaningful relationships that change lives and build the kingdom of God. As a $4 million ministry, Man in the Mirror equips the church and connects men with one another for honest conversation, accountability, and spiritual growth. Their goal is to help every man reflect honestly, pursue Jesus wholeheartedly, and live vibrantly as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to the sale of their founder’s book, The Man in the Mirror, which sold over four million copies, Man in the Mirror (MIM) is known by those in the men's ministry world as a long-time leader in men's discipleship. They are now trying to build their ministry reputation beyond the work of one person to an organization that is leading the way in understanding, reaching, and discipling young men.  MIM is seeking a Vice President of Advancement who shall act as the leader and primary strategist for all development efforts including but not limited to partnership development, major, mid-level, digital, and recurring gifts as well as events. The successful candidate will have significant experience in donor relationships that yielded major gifts, as well as planned giving strategies to help advance MIM’s mission.
