USIEA is a non-partisan educational 501(c)(3) organization. The mission is to educate and serve senior government leaders to advance important dialogue and cooperation between the United States and Israel. USIEA fosters communication between American and Israeli leaders and experts to fill existing information gaps and to enhance understanding of issues critical to a mutually beneficial partnership.

The Chief Development Office is the chief fundraising officer of USIEA and is responsible for the overall annual fundraising goals and strategies, implementation, and evaluation of the same.
