Christian Business Men's Connection (CBMC) is a national, faith-based nonprofit organization with a mission to reach business and professional men with the Gospel and to equip them to live out their faith in the workplace. CBMC begin in 1930 and has now grown to a budget of more than $10.5 million. It has grown into a network of staff and volunteers serving in communities across the United States, with a longstanding emphasis on evangelism, discipleship, and peer-to-peer ministry.

The Director of Advancement leads the development and growth of strategic financial partnerships that fuel the mission of CBMC. This role builds and shepherds relationships with key partners—individuals, foundations, and organizations—inviting them into meaningful, long-term engagement through giving, prayer, and shared mission. With a focus on outcomes, this leader manages a portfolio of partners, advances them through the full partnership journey, and secures the resources needed to expand the reach and impact of the ministry.
