Our work is challenging. Our work is meaningful. We face spiritual opposition in every form. I thank God for Rich and the significant way he and his team served Avail at a crucial time in our growth. We gained not one but two  tremendous hires, and over the last two years they have grown so wonderfully in their roles and also in their leadership.
