I was introduced to Mission:Leadership as a candidate for my current position. It is a position that I feel I was meant to be in, but one I would have never found on my own. So, let me say first that I am grateful that Mission:Leadership pursues so many different paths to find potential candidates—in my case, a referral from a friend who received a posting from them. Once I became a candidate, I was impressed by how hard they worked to make sure that Partners and I would be a good fit. I felt thoroughly vetted, understood, and informed as I took the journey that ultimately led to my current position, which has been so fulfilling.
