Vice President, Programs
Hope Walks is a $3.3 million organization that builds sustainable national clubfoot programs in low- and middle-income countries. They train and equip national healthcare providers in the Ponseti method of clubfoot treatment and provide dedicated parent support and education to ensure success. Through quality treatment and compassionate care, their work makes freedom from clubfoot a reality and serves as a platform to share the gospel. Founded in 2006 under the banner of CURE International, Hope Walks works in 13 African and 3 Latin American countries, becoming a separate organization just over a year ago.
The organization is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President, Programs in their Central Pennsylvania office to provide programmatic governance to their national clubfoot programs globally in order to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate for this role may currently be serving as a regional or global director over health programs, or perhaps be someone in the international health or business sectors. They will have experience working in the developing world (preferably Africa or perhaps Latin America) and will need strong cross-cultural and relational skills.
