Empart is a global church planting and discipleship ministry, founded in 1998 by Jossy Chacko that works in the most unreached part of the world, bringing holistic spiritual and physical transformation to communities in need. They train and raise up pioneering, indigenous leaders to reach the unreached: restoring, releasing and resourcing them to plant vibrant churches, while meeting other educational or humanitarian needs within their communities. To date, Empart has transformed 40,000 communities in South Asia, with a goal of transforming 100,000 communities by 2030.
The Regional Director will be a self-starter who is responsible for major gifts in their part of the country. While he or she will manage and cultivate relationships with existing major gift prospects, the primary focus of this job will be to research, identify and develop new prospects, as Empart USA is on a significant growth path. An ability to empathize with donors and clearly communicate Empart's mission is key. The successful candidate will be expected to establish genuine, trustworthy relationships; persuade prospects; be conscientious in follow-up; and persevere to the end. The position is remote, but the Midwestern U.S. (i.e., Chicago, Grand Rapids, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Tulsa, perhaps Dallas) is preferred.
