CURE International was founded in 1996 as a Christian health care network operating charitable hospitals and programs in 12 countries worldwide. It is now a $35 million organization where patients experience the life-changing message of God’s love for them, receiving surgical treatment regardless of gender, religion, or ethnicity. It’s simple mission is healing the sick and proclaiming the kingdom of God.

The new Global Director of Human Resources will lead and implement CURE’s strategy to recruit, retain and develop talent and seek to develop an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes excellence and collaboration. He/ She is responsible for leading and managing the entire employee-life cycle and the development of new people-related systems, processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals and strategic objectives.

The Director will also be responsible for establishing policies and best practices for the organization, administering benefits, supervising the HR and Recruitment team, as well as performance management and personnel compliance with full-time headquarters staff and overseas employees, and advising hospitals around the world.
